Heroes of the World Championships were duly awarded
Today, athletes who achieved outstanding results at the World Championships in boxing, weightlifting, and canoe sprint, as well as their coaches, were solemnly presented with gifts from the President — BYD cars and one-time cash prizes.
The award ceremony was attended by the Presidential Representative for Sports Affairs Odil Abdurakhmanov, Minister of Sports Adham Ikramov, and First Deputy Chairman of the NOC Otabek Umarov. They congratulated the athletes and their coaches, wishing them further success in their careers.
On behalf of the awarded athletes and coaches, Ruslan Nurudinov, Abdumalik Khalokov, Tulkin Kilichev, as well as Turobjon Ummataliyev, the father of Javokhir Ummataliyev, expressed gratitude to our President. They emphasized their deep appreciation for such great attention and support from the state.
