The Federation of boks of Uzbekistan has developed a new strategy dedicated to the development of the activities of referees and tournament officials. Within the framework of this project, a competition on arbitration was announced, experienced instructors of Aiva were invited to our country, as well as 8 three-star judges from all continents are arriving to our country to work in the championship of Uzbekistan.
Today, within the framework of this strategy, a large seminar for judges began. The event was opened by the Secretary General of the Federation of boks of Uzbekistan Murodjon Mamadaliev. In his speech, the secretary-general said that the development of arbitration is a topical issue, without developing this direction, young and talented boxers should not be selective.
After that, the head of the Department of international relations of the Federation of boks of Uzbekistan Shahid Tillaboev gave an explanation about the content of the strategy on the development of judges ' activities. He also introduced Andrew Coulfield (Scotland) and Igor Bilesky (Ukraine), the experienced instructor of Aiva, who came to our country to conduct today's workshop. He also spoke about the projects in the strategy for the development of the arbitration direction.
According to him, now the "TOP-10" rating system will be formed for the judges of the boks. This rating is formed by the neural and foreign instructors who are currently in our country.
The workshop will also be continued tomorrow. It is also planned to organize examinations for participants in it.
